The Brief
Formerly a part of a national Brand network of Real Estate Agencies, the team at Natural Real Estate approached Ruck with the aim of developing an articulated Brand positioning for the local market that captured their unique approach to real estate.Once developed, it was decided they needed to completely rebrand their operations and find freedom away from the central network brand model.
The Solution
First up was the choice of a new brand name, with Natural Real Estate being…a natural choice flowing from the original brand strategy. From there a fresh identity was developed that represented their new positioning and cut through a cluttered local market using a design language that was more responsive to the unique local design culture of the Surf Coast. Featuring an organic coastal-inspired colour palette and soft rounded edges, paired with a confident and bold copy tone.From here, the brand rolled seamlessly across an array of touchpoints including signage, website, marketing collateral and digital assets. Ruck also helped with launching the brand with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the correct communication points of the project were articulated.
The end result was a brand identity system that conveyed the personality and distinct approach of the Natural Real Estate team and provided a further platform for business growth.
