BRAND SERVICES MANAGER
We are looking for a dynamic Brand Services Manager (Account Manager) to join the Ruck Agency squad.
You will be responsible for managing our client relationships, overseeing brand projects, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, and ensuring that our clients are happy with all things Ruck.
The purpose of this position is to manage client relationships and ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope and timelines. The role includes accountability for shaping briefs and budgets and plays a key role in maintaining and growing existing clients, as well as helping with new business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Client and Project Management
Act as the day-to-day contact for client communications - building and growing relationships
Take and refine briefs
Support the scoping and quoting of new projects
Manage projects, deliverables and deadlines
Coordinate freelancers and other creative production partners
Support in New Business development, Proposals and Pitching
Brand Marketing
Support with the development of Strategic brand communications
Provide guidance and support around Social Media strategy and content creation
Marketing and Campaign planning and reporting
Ruck Growth
Contributing to New Business Development
Identify Client Growth Opportunities
Contributing to Ruck culture
Ideation of Ruck content creation
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends
Attend ad hoc events and networking on behalf of the Agency
Selection Criteria
Relevant tertiary qualification in advertising, PR, marketing, communications, or a related discipline (preferred)
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills.
A strategic mindset - caring about big ideas, grounded in context.
At least 3 years’ experience in a related role (Agency experience preferred)
Strong relationship development and management skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for representing Ruck
Professionally curious - interested in what influences our industry and willing to learn new things.
Ability to work a part of a collaborative team in a creative environment
